Daniel provides passionate, comprehensive legal direction—taking each client’s unique situation into consideration. A member of the Mecklenburg County Bar Association, Daniel serves clients through the Charlotte office of Elliot Morgan Parsonage. Practicing in the areas of employment and family law with a focus in litigation, Daniel also helps clients with a variety of legal matters ranging from impaired driving to drug-related offenses.
Originally from the Washington, D.C. area, Daniel moved to North Carolina in 2004 to attend Elon University and Elon University School of Law. He served as Student Bar Association President and a member of the Public Interest Law Society before graduating in 2011. Prior to joining EMP, Daniel served as an assistant public defender with the Mecklenburg County Public Defender’s office for nearly two and a half years. He currently serves as chapter editor of the Sixth edition of the North Carolina Prima Facie Torts Manual.
Daniel and his wife Judy, an audit manager at an accounting firm, live in Charlotte with their dog, Bart. In his free time, Daniel enjoys spending time with his family, hiking, and fly fishing.
